The Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat Electric pairs industrial-style design with a matte stainless-steel body and a corrosion-resistant finish. Choose from 2000W, 3000W, 4000W and 6000W models (heat areas of 65 to 160 square feet) in 220–240V, 208V or 277V versions. The 4000W and 6000W models come in black or white; the 2000W and 3000W models come in black.
A honeycomb fascia provides precise heat distribution, while a mirror-finish anodized parabolic reflector directs infrared energy toward the target. Each heating element contains a thick steel coil in fused quartz.
Features
- Directional Heat: An adjustable bracket lets you aim the heat, and Bromic’s patented design helps it hold up in windy conditions.
- Separate Element Control: Individual elements in both the 4000W and 6000W models can be controlled separately.
- Control Options: Control the heater with an Affinity On/Off, Affinity Dimmer or manual wall switch, each sold separately.
- Mounting Options: Wall, pole and recess mounting options are sold separately, with minimum floor clearances of 72 inches for wall mounting and 96 inches for ceiling mounting.
- Electrical Requirements: Models are available for 220–240V, 208V or 277V service (see the table below) and must be hardwired by a licensed electrician.
- Listed Equipment: The heater is Intertek ETL/cETL listed.
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers the heater for 2 years and the heating elements for 7 years.
