Homecraft Sauna Heaters FAQ
As you become comfortable and familiar with sauna bathing, you’ll find an approach that suits you. Enjoying a sauna doesn’t require a rigid routine. Feel free to explore what makes the experience most enjoyable for you. Your session may feel restful or invigorating, depending on your preferences. Always keep the heat at a level that feels pleasant and comfortable. Never test how much heat you can endure or push beyond your comfort level.
An overworked sauna heater shuts off automatically when its high-limit switch activates for safety. Several issues can trigger this, including restricted airflow through the heater from too many rocks or an incorrectly positioned thermistor sensor. After the switch trips, the heater cannot restart until that switch has been reset. Look underneath any Homecraft sauna heater for the CSA approval sticker, which lists the heater’s information. A hole at the center of this aluminum label marks the location of the high-limit switch.
Homecraft brings over 30 years of sauna building and manufacturing experience to its work. That experience makes it a dependable brand.

Homecraft is the oldest sauna company in Western Canada and remains proud to manufacture and build its products in Canada. In a world where importing cheaply made goods to sell at higher prices is easier, Homecraft continues that Canadian manufacturing tradition. Buying from Homecraft supports a locally operated, 100% Canadian business.
Your satisfaction comes first for us. Our approach to service reflects that priority, and we take pride in working to keep every customer happy. We sometimes make mistakes, but whenever we do, we always put things right.
